Beach party !!

actually this is my first time to hear that there is a a beach party in Oman , I mean a public one !
my sister saw this on the car when she was in college it's cool I guess but you never know what will happen since it's in Arab country , and did you see those two !!

I mean WOW ! is it a progress in being an Open minded country or just a party ? but again I say it's a cool thing though I wont go XD
